Step 01
Source & qualify
We identify and vet suppliers worldwide — company checks, yard capability, grades and preparation standards.
Step 02
Buy as principal
ALC purchases the material on its own account under an ALC purchase contract. Suppliers deal with ALC, not with our customers.
Step 03
Inspect & document
Independent pre-shipment inspection, chemistry and weighbridge records against ReMA/ISRI and ASTM specifications.
Step 04
Ship & clear
Our in-house logistics team books ocean, rail, barge or truck and handles export and US import compliance.
Step 05
Deliver to the mill
Material arrives at the steel mill, foundry or plant to the agreed grade, tonnage and schedule.
Step 06
Settle & close
Weights and quality are reconciled, invoices settled, and every trade is closed with a full record.

Inland Trucking
Pickup from supplier yards, delivery to port, delivery to the receiving mill or foundry. Driver dispatch and milestone tracking end-to-end.
Yard & Warehouse Ops
Consolidation, staging, inspection and inventory handling at origin and destination, with inbound/outbound and release workflows.
Customs & Documents
Export (AES) and import filings, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, inspection certificates and surrender flows — all tracked per shipment.
