ALC Logistics is the freight operation behind every ALC metals trade. Our own team, platform and partner network move the material we buy from the supplier’s yard to the customer’s mill — on schedule and fully documented.
What we coordinate
Ocean & Air Freight
Container, breakbulk and air moves, with bookings, schedules and cutoffs managed by our own team.
Inland Trucking
Pickup from supplier yards, cross-dock, port drayage and inland delivery. Driver dispatch, status updates and proof of delivery.
Yard & Warehouse
Receiving, staging, inspection, inventory and release workflows. Inbound/outbound coordination at origin and destination.
Customs & Documents
US export (AES) filings, import clearance, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, inspection certificates and surrender flows.
Carrier Network
Working relationships with ocean carriers, rail, barge and trucking partners, coordinated by ALC.
Visibility & Milestones
Real-time milestones from origin pickup through delivery, with exceptions and alerts routed to the right owner.
Specific capabilities such as customs brokerage, bonded storage or carrier licensing are performed by ALC where authorized, or by qualified partners under our coordination.
